This session allows you to relax, rebalance, and realign. After a short consultation, Alyson will assist you on a guided sound journey. Using sound bowls specifically attuned to rebalance each chakra or energy center, Alyson will intuitively assess and seek to unblock stagnant energies and restore balance. As with all energetic practices please refrain from Alcohol, caffeine or stimulants prior to this session. $165
